* At 454 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 16 nm east of Betsy Ross Reef to near R7 Tower,
  moving southeast at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
