Mostly sunny, breezy and mild weather is expected Tuesday. Wind
gusts from the south southwest up to 20 mph are expected in the
afternoon, with minimum RH around or just below 30 percent.
Scattered rain showers will arrive Tuesday night into Wednesday,
with much higher relative humidity.
