Showers and thunderstorms then redevelop along a cold front settling into central Lower Michigan this afternoon. The active pattern continues tonight through Tuesday as the cold front moves south and then stalls across the area until moving south of the Michigan border later Tuesday night. A cooler and less humid air mass follows the front providing a short break in rain activity for the mid week period.
