.DISCUSSION...A cold front brings a brisk north wind through today
with cloudy conditions early that clear from north to south. There is
a band of drizzle or light rain working south through the area which
should exit the Ann Arbor area by noon. Afternoon min RH will be lowest
in the Tri-Cities where values may dip below 30 percent, and temps
will be below normal in the upper 30s and 40s. High pressure maintains
dry conditions into Thursday and Friday with min RH dipping to the
30 to 40 percent range each afternoon with light east to southeast
wind. A warm-up is expected this weekend with periodic rain chances.
