.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly wind will
gradually weaken across the waters today with any gale force gusts
shunting into the far outer waters by late morning. Steep short
period seas will also gradually fall through the day with mostly calm
wind and gentle seas in the inner waters by noon. Periods of
generally moderate northerly winds will continue through week with
weak southerly wind reversals possible near shore.
