.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...E to SE winds will
increase tonight into Saturday afternoon, mainly in the southern
waters near a passing surface low. Rain showers could bring
localized advisory level gusts of up to 25 knots. A northwest swell
will build seas up to 11 feet in the southern waters on Saturday.
Stronger northerly winds and larger steep waves will return Sunday
into early next week.
