Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A ridge averaging 30.10 inches will build into the Ohio Valley
tonight, then be pushed south on Saturday as another cold front
moves southeast across the lake. A ridge averaging 30.10 inches
will build east through the Ohio Valley Sunday through Monday,
weakening to 30.00 inches on Tuesday.
