FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

A surface ridge of 30.2 inches over Lake Michigan will continue to
advect east through tonight. The breezy southerly winds for this
afternoon will weaken overnight. A passing wave of low pressure
of 29.6 inches and cold front will then shift winds back out of
the north/northwest by early afternoon Sunday, with light variable
winds expected late Sunday night into Monday. Gusty southerly
winds are then expected to return by Tuesday over the open waters
with gales becoming more likely Tuesday into Wednesday.

.SUNDAY...West winds 15 to 25 kt diminishing to 10 to 20 kt late
in the morning, then becoming north 10 to 15 kt in the afternoon.
Waves 4 to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft subsiding to 2 to 4 ft.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...North winds 10 to 15 kt diminishing to 5 to
10 kt. Waves 1 to 3 ft.
.MONDAY...East winds 5 to 10 kt becoming southeast. Waves 1 to
3 ft.
.MONDAY NIGHT...East winds 10 to 15 kt increasing to 10 to 20 kt.
Waves 1 to 2 ft building to 2 to 4 ft.
.TUESDAY...East winds 15 to 25 kt becoming southeast to 30 kt.
Chance of rain showers in the morning, then rain showers in the
