.DISCUSSION...
Clear and breezy conditions are expected for the Rx location for
Wednesday through Friday, with gradually warming temperatures. Daytime
minimum humidities will be between 20 to 25 percent each day, with minor
fluctuations likely. Overnight humidity recoveries will be fair Wednesday
but lowering to near 30 percent Thursday night. Winds will be gusty,
generally up to 25 mph over the ridges but reduced in the canyons.
Northerly winds are expected Wednesday through early Thursday, followed by a
shift to the southeast to south Thursday afternoon and night. A return to
north to northeast winds is expected on Friday.
