...Rises along the Lower San Joaquin River...

.Multiple days of precipitation has led to rises along the Lower San
Joaquin River system, including the Cosumnes River at McConnell and
Michigan Bar.

Forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and
hydrologic conditions at time of issuance.

Unlisted forecast points are expected to remain below monitor stage.
All those affected by river conditions should remain alert for rapid
changes and for possible forecast revisions.

Forecast to fluctuate near 7.5 FT into this afternoon then forecast
to recede to near 7.0 FT late this afternoon then forecast to fall
below monitor stage of 7.0 FT late this evening.
 Monitor stage 7.0 ft, Flood stage 12.0

Forecast to fluctuate near 40.0 FT into late this afternoon then
forecast to recede to near 39.5 FT this evening then forecast to
fall below monitor stage of 38.5 FT just after midnight tonight then
forecast to recede to near 37.5 FT late tomorrow morning.
 Monitor stage 38.5 ft, Flood stage 44.5
