Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

Elevated fire weather conditions are likely this afternoon across
the far southwest Texas Panhandle and northwest South Plains. A
Rangeland Fire Danger statement is in effect from 1 PM until 8 PM
CDT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Chances for showers and thunderstorms return to the entire outlook
area Saturday through Monday.
