.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure center just N of the waters this
morning, will move S into the waters later this afternoon and
tonight, persist through Tue and Tue night, then weaken Wed and
Wed night as a weak cold front approaches from the N. The cold
front will move through the waters Thu and Thu night. Weak high
pressure will build into the waters behind the front Thu into Thu
night.
