.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will slowly move E of the region tonight
and Fri. Low pressure will approach the waters Fri and move just
S of the region Fri and Fri night. A coastal trough will develop
from OR to WA and persist into Sat. High pressure will build in
from the W Sat and Sat night and will persist into Tue night.
