New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average

pressure ridge will build E over the waters Tue into Wed, then
slowly shift E of the region Wed night into Thu. Low pressure
will develop off the Mid-Atlantic coast Thu, then drift E Thu
