New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A complex low centered NW of
Bermuda will remain S of the waters and slowly weaken tonight
into Tue night as it moves off to the SE. A weakening high
pressure ridge will build E over the region Wed. A cold front
will move slowly E and SE across the area Wed into Thu, stall
over the waters Thu night, and then pass E of the region Fri and
Fri night as another developing low passes just SE of the waters.
The low will move NE of the region Sat and Sat night.
