...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 1115 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 1115 PM EDT this evening for
portions of North Carolina, including the following areas, Alleghany
NC, Surry, Wilkes and Yadkin and southwest Virginia, including the
following areas, Carroll and Grayson.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
