conditions, warming temperatures, and light to breezy winds. Min RH values
will be below 15 percent for most locations, 15-20 percent for the highest
elevations Winds will be 10-20 mph Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon. High
temperatures will be 2 to 5 degrees above the seasonal average. Smoke
ventilation rates will be Very Good to Excellent.
