.DISCUSSION...

Cool conditions this afternoon will result in minimum RHs around
25% while north winds decrease.  Winds will veer around to the
east overnight, then southeast Monday.  Temperatures will warm
to near normal levels Monday afternoon which will help drop RHs
to around 22%.  Southeast winds will increase to 6 to 11 mph
Monday afternoon.
