* WHERE...Portions of Gulf of Mexico.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 7 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Advisory may be extended through the
