Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A stationary front
over the western waters will dissipate overnight. A high pressure
ridge will build in from the W tonight, then persist before
weakening Sunday night ahead of a weakening cold front. The front
will dissipate Monday night as it moves into the northern waters.
Another area of weak high pressure will build in to the W of the
waters Mon night and persist through Tue night.
