.DISCUSSION...Skies will be cloudy today with some light snow and
patchy fog and light freezing drizzle. Highs will only be in the
30s, and minimum relative humidities will be from 65 to 80
percent. Winds will be northwest at 15 to 25 mph.

The grassland fire danger index will reach the low category this
afternoon. Favorable weather conditions or a high moisture
content of grasses, and other dry organic material on the ground,
indicate that the probability of a fire occurrence is low.
Outdoor burning under these conditions can usually be performed
with reasonable safety precautions.

The outlook for Tuesday afternoon, The grassland fire danger
index will reach the low category.
