...LOCALIZED STRONG, GUSTY WINDS POSSIBLE THIS MORNING...

Heavy showers, and possible thunderstorms could drag down stronger
winds from aloft. Southeast winds will generally be between 15 to
25 mph, with gusts up to 35 mph. However, localized heavier
showers or thunderstorms could bring occasional wind gusts up to
50 mph, especially over the higher terrain. These types of wind
gusts could cause minor damage, including tree damage, and
scattered power outages. Winds are forecast to gradually decrease
by this afternoon.
