...Moderate Risk of Rip Currents Today...

Rip Current Risk:      Moderate Risk. Life threatening rip currents are
                       possible in the surf zone. Remember to swim near
                       a lifeguard and with a non-inflatable flotation
                       device, such as a life jacket or boogie board.

Lightning Risk:       None.

Ultraviolet Index:     Extreme. Wear a wide-brimmed hat and
                       sunglasses, and use sunscreen of SPF 15 or
                       higher. Remain in shade if possible.

Weather:               Sunny.

Temperatures:          Upper 80s. Heat Index values up to 108.

Wind:                  Southeast 10 to 15 mph.

Wave Heights:          2 to 3 feet.

Surf Temperature:      80 degrees.

Bay Temperature:       85 degrees.

Tides:                 A high at 5 16 am. A low at 9 O3 pm.

Outlook:               An elevated risk of rip currents is expected to
                       continue into next week due to increased swell
                       from Subtropical Storm Alberto as it moves
                       northward across the eastern Gulf of Mexico.
                       Dry conditions prevail this week under mostly
                       sunny skies. High temperatures range from the
                       mid to upper 80s.
