* WHEN...Until 1 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur late tonight
  through Wednesday afternoon. Elevated seas will continue from
  now through late Wednesday evening.
