URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...Light freezing rain expected overnight...

.Temperatures across northern Erie County Pennsylvania have fallen
to near the freezing mark. Precipitation is expected to return to
the area after midnight and will begin as freezing rain before
temperatures warm above the freezing mark early Sunday morning. A
light glaze of ice may develop on untreated roadways and lead to
slick conditions.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulation of a light
  glaze is expected on untreated surfaces with up to a tenth of
  an inch on elevated surfaces.

* WHERE...Mainly the northern half of Erie County, Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EDT Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The ice will result in slippery conditions
  on sidewalks and bridges. Some untreated roadways may also
  become slick.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of freezing rain
will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery roads. Slow down
and use caution while driving. The latest road conditions can be
obtained from the Department of Transportation web site.
