For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure averaging 30.50 inches over the northern plains will
slowly build across the western lakes Friday and through the
eastern lakes over the weekend into early next week.
