For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure 30.40 inches over Ontario, Canada will
build south across the eastern Lakes tonight. Low pressure 29.80
inches will move north to the Ohio Valley by Friday night and
cross Lake Erie on Saturday. A cold front from the upper midwest
will cross the lake by Monday.

.THIS AFTERNOON...East winds less than 10 knots becoming northeast
10 to 15 knots. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TONIGHT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet
building to 3 to 6 feet.
.FRIDAY...Northeast winds 20 to 25 knots becoming east. A chance
of showers in the afternoon. Waves 3 to 6 feet building to 4 to
7 feet. Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...East winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to
15 knots. A chance of showers. Waves 4 to 7 feet subsiding to
2 to 4 feet. Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
.SATURDAY...East winds 5 to 15 knots becoming northwest less than
10 knots. Showers likely with a chance of thunderstorms during
the day, then a chance of showers Saturday night. Waves 1 to
3 feet subsiding to 1 foot or less.
.SUNDAY...West winds 10 knots or less becoming north. A chance of
showers. Waves 1 foot or less.
.MONDAY...Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots. A chance of showers and
thunderstorms. Waves 1 foot or less.
