...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL TUSCALOOSA COUNTY
THROUGH 315 PM CDT...

At 245 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Northport, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Tuscaloosa, Northport, Holt, Brookwood, Coaling, Vance, Abernant,
Samantha, Bryant Denny Stadium, Lake Wildwood, University Mall,
Deerlick Creek Campgrounds, Mercedes Benz Of Alabama, Bankhead Lock
And Dam, Binion Creek Landing, McFarland Mall, Lake Tuscaloosa,
Cottondale, East Brookwood, and Windham Springs.
