.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Moderate to strong onshore flow is expected tonight through early
Tuesday, as an upper level disturbance approaches the Southern
Plains. As the gradient relaxes Tuesday onshore flow will return
to weak to moderate Tuesday afternoon and Tuesday night. This will
persist through the end of the week ahead of our next front.
Shower and thunderstorm chances return over the weekend as a cold
front approaches. Latest timing has the front moving offshore
Sunday morning with moderate to occasionally strong northeast
winds in its wake.
