Much drier air is moving in from the west, and should help to
clear the sky up for a brief time this morning before clouds pop
back up over the northern mountains. A west wind will become
gusty with sustained speeds increasing to 15 to 20 MPH and gusts
peaking over 30 MPH, especially on the higher hills. Highs today
will be in the lower 40s close to Erie and Warren, and in the mid
60s in Lancaster and Philadelphia.

Temperatures will drop close to or even below freezing tonight
over much of northern and western PA. There is also a potential
for frost to form in the central mountains where temperatures will
get down into the 30s. Even though the wind does die down,
varying cloud cover and the residual wind may make it difficult
for frost to form there. The southeast should stay mild enough to
not have a worry for frost tonight.

The wind picks back up a bit on Sunday while a mostly cloudy
morning will give way to a mostly sunny afternoon for most of the
Commonwealth. Highs should be in the 50s for most.

Frost is again possible on Monday morning thanks to a mainly
clear sky and the diminishing wind.
