At 200 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 13 miles southeast of Shelby to 7 miles south of Gaffney to 11 miles southwest of Spartanburg. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Spartanburg, Gaffney, Union, York, Rock Hill, Tega Cay, Clover, Boiling Springs SC, Newport, and Duncan. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
