.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

A lingering elevated, longer period southerly swell will be on a gradual
decline tonight and Wednesday. Otherwise, northeast winds will generally
prevail into early Thursday. As surface high pressure moves off to the
east, onshore winds should resume late Thursday and gradually increase
in speed heading into the weekend.
