Mostly sunny skies were seen across the region today except over
Oklahoma where a few showers persisted during the afternoon. Highs
were pretty close to 50 degrees, with cooler 30s and 40s across
Iowa.

On the weather map this evening, high pressure centered over
northern Missouri and eastern Kansas will gradually slide off to the
southeast as warm southerly winds return to the Plains.  Under clear
skies, lows tonight will range from the 20s across Nebraska and Iowa
to the 30s across southern Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri.

Winds increase across the region Thursday with little increase in
clouds.  High Thursday will be in the 60s.
