New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front will remain
over the area tonight. Developing low pressure will move NE
across Georges Bank Fri, then pass NE of the region Fri night

across the waters. Another low will track E just S of the area
Sat night and Sun, then pass well SE of the region Sun night as a
weak cold front moves offshore. High pressure will build across
the waters Mon and Mon night. A warm front will slowly approach
the area from the SW and move over the waters on Tue as another
low pressure approaches the coast on Tue night.
