.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS... Low pressure will
moved inland into Oregon with a trough remaining over the waters.
A weak high pressure will move E over waters Thu and Thu night. A
cold front will move E over the waters late Thu night through Fri
night. An associated low pressure will gradually move SE over
waters Fri night and move slowly over the waters Saturday and
inland Sat night. Another cold front will move E and SE across
the waters Sun and inland later Sun night.A high pressure ridge
will build NE over the waters Mon.
