Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A low pressure
trough along Vancouver Island will persist through Thu. Another
low pressure trough along the coast of southern Oregon will
expand N along the coast of Oregon and Washington today and
tonight, then persist into Fri while weakening. Low pressure will
develop along an approaching cold front late Fri into Fri night.
The low pressure will move NE of the waters Sat and a cold front
will move across the area Fri night and Sat. A high pressure
ridge will build across the region later Sat and Sat night, while
a low pressure trough again develops along the coast of southern
Oregon. A high pressure center will move N along the outer waters
Sun and move N of the area Sun night. The coastal trough will
expand from Oregon into Washington Sun into Sun night.
