.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Low pressure over the central
waters will move slowly SE tonight and dissipate as it moves
towards the coast Sun into Sun night. High pressure will build E
towards the waters Mon through through Thu, then move into the N
and central waters Thu night. A low pressure trough will develop
along the N and central coast Sun and Sun night, persist through
Wed, then will start weakening Wed night through Thu night.
