.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
An upper trough grazes the region to the northeast through
Tuesday. This will be followed by a ridge of high pressure
building overhead starting Wednesday and persisting through the
week. As a result rather benign conditions are expected across
all waters moving forward.
