shift diurnally, with primarily northwesterly winds during the afternoon
hours. Strongest winds, with gusts 20-25 mph at times, are expected from
Wednesday evening through Thursday morning. Despite the dry northerly
component to the winds, afternoon minimum RH values are only expected
to drop into the upper 20s to low 30s.
