.WEDNESDAY...Snow in the morning, then snow and rain in the
afternoon. Snow accumulation of 3 to 4 inches. Highs in the mid
30s. Variable winds up to 10 mph becoming north around 15 mph in
the afternoon. Chance of precipitation near 100 percent. Waves
around 1 foot...locally up to 2 feet.
