...Minor fluctuations or Receding Water Levels on the Lower Sacramento River...

.Clear Lake at Lakeport is forecast to remain above Monitor Stage
through late Monday morning. At the Yolo Bypass near Lisbon, water levels
are expected to fluctuate near Monitor Stage through late Monday morning as well.

Forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and
hydrologic conditions at time of issuance.

Unlisted forecast points are expected to remain below monitor stage.
All those affected by river conditions should remain alert for rapid
changes and for possible forecast revisions.

fluctuate near 8.5 FT thru late Monday morning.
 Monitor stage 8.0 ft, Flood stage 9.0 ft
Impact for Lakeport...Near 9.0 feet, Low lying structures and some
main roads around the lake are threatened by the high lake levels.
Impact for Lakeport...Near 8.5 feet, Minor flooding of some lake side
residents occurs. More buildings are threatened from Lakeport to
Clearlake Oaks.

 Forecast to fluctuate near 13.0 FT thru late Monday morning.
 Monitor stage 13.0 ft, Flood stage 19.0 ft
Impact for Lisbon...Near 13.0 feet, Flood waters extend approximately
1 mile west of the tow drain downstream of the Lisbon gage.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 12.0 feet, County Road 107 is flooded.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 11.0 feet, Glide In Ranch & Mound Farms
begin to flood.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 10.5 feet, Local roads on the east side of
the Yolo Bypass south of the I-80 causeway are flooded.
Impact for Lisbon...Near 9.5 feet, Yolo Bypass flooding extends 1/4
mile west. No structural damage is occurring.
