* Special Marine Warning for...
  Lower Delaware Bay...
  Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Fenwick Island DE out 20 nm...
  outer waters from Cape May NJ to Fenwick Island DE out 20 to 40
  nm...

* Until 1215 AM EDT.

* At 1008 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Buoy 4fb to 9 nm south of Buoy 2ms to near
  Brown Shoal Light, moving east at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Delaware Lightship Buoy 44009 around 1045 PM EDT.
  Buoy 2ms around 1050 PM EDT.
  Buoy 4fb around 1125 PM EDT.
  Five Fathoms Buoy around 1130 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water, stay below deck if possible and keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
