* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northeastern Allen County in northeastern Indiana...
  Southeastern De Kalb County in northeastern Indiana...
  Northwestern Defiance County in northwestern Ohio...
  Northwestern Paulding County in west central Ohio...

* Until 900 PM EDT.

* At 817 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Grabill, or
  7 miles north of New Haven, moving east at 35 mph. This storm has
  some rotation observed on radar.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fort Wayne, Hicksville, Paulding, Antwerp, Woodburn, Grabill, St.
  Joe, Leo-cedarville, Farmer, Cecil, Harlan, Spencerville In Dekalb
  County, Cuba, Saint Joe and Mark Center.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 469 between mile markers 24 and 30.
 Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 320 and 321.
