.DISCUSSION...Expect quiet conditions as a ridge of high pressure
moves over the region today. Clouds increase late in the day, but
early sunshine should bring sufficient mixing which, when
combined with modest transport winds, will drive clearing beyond
800. Winds pick up significantly Saturday ahead of a cold front
driven by the next Pacific storm which is expected to impact the
project site through the weekend.

Wind (20 ft)........Downvalley winds 3 to 6 mph shifting to the
