.DISCUSSION...Dry and cool conditions will be in place today behind
a departing cold front. Another system will be right on its heels,
however, with another cold front slated to cross northern and central
Utah late tonight and Friday morning. While this front will be largely
a dry one across central Utah, we can`t rule out an isolated
snow shower, especially Friday morning. A significant warmup on Saturday
will bring warm, dry and windy conditions Saturday afternoon through
Saturday evening. A strong cold front will move through the area
Saturday night or Sunday morning, complete with a significant increase
in humidity, a wind shift to the northwest, and some potential for
accumulating snow late Sunday into Monday morning.
