Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lexington, Batesburg-Leesville, Red Bank, Oak Grove, Saluda, Saluda County Airport, Gilbert, Summit, Hibernia, Delmar, Circle Fire Station, Kneece, Emory, Fredonia, Cedar Grove Fire Station, Saluda Co Sheriff`s Office, Saluda High School, South Shore Marina, Camp Kinard and Murray. - This includes Interstate 20 in South Carolina between mile markers 44 and 59. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
