.DISCUSSION...
Winds will be primarily southwesterly to westerly through Friday.
Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms (40 to 60 percent)
are expected both today and Friday with the most favored time of
occurrence being during the morning and early afternoon hours.
Thunderstorms will produce gusty and shifting winds, locally
higher waves and seas, and potentially waterspouts.
Updated to increase probability of thunderstorms today.
