.DISCUSSION...Increasing monsoonal moisture across northern Utah
will yield greater chances for afternoon showers and thunderstorms
today. There is a 30% chance for storms to impact the event
location. Any storms that develop in the vicinity of the event
will be capable of producing lightning as well as gusty outflow
winds between 40 and 50 mph. Thunderstorm chances wane after
11 PM tonight. Lingering moisture across the area on Saturday
keeps slight chances for thunderstorms, mainly in the early
afternoon. Otherwise, expect seasonally hot conditions with a
return to a dry pattern on Sunday.
