Warming and drying trend expected to start tomorrow and continue into
the weekend. Generally light southerly winds through Wednesday, then
occasionally breezy northerly winds develop Wednesday night into Thursday,
continuing again Thursday night into Friday. Poor overnight recoveries
expected through the weekend as well. Non-zero chances (less than 5%)
for isolated thunderstorms near the Horse fire Wednesday evening, however
confidence in any storms occuring is quite low.
