            Multiple social media reports of a funnel
            cloud visible from the south side of
            Owingsville between 3:20 and 3:30 this
            afternoon. One report came from between mile
            markers 118 and 119 on Interstate 64, facing
            north. Other reports came from the vicinity
            of Slate Avenue in Owingsville. State/local
            Emergency Management and Bath County 911 did
            not receive any reports of damage or a
            tornado on the ground.
